  • No, but I have started thinking about it! We bought a big family present this year so adults are all done, just the grand kids to spoil. I have a few other relatives to buy for buy for but it is sadly getting easier as the years go by and we lose people.

  • This year im definitely the most dis-organised i have been in a long time! A mix of time constraints, trying to sell a property and juggling being a mum and doing everything else in between. With my kids getting older too, it’s not as easy as just buying a toy anymore!

  • Ive only just barely started my Christmas shopping the weekend just passed and im not usually this unorganised! I feel so out of it and i feel like im playing catch up every weekend just to get things ticked off the list. Luckily for me, a lot of my niece and nephews these days just want gift cards!

  • I have also started my Christmas Shopping for my two little Grandsons;(they are easy to buy for) and my immediate family, my sister and nephew will be away for Christmas this year so I will need to continue shopping only for close family and friends. I enjoy browsing for thoughtful gifts, festive treats, and little surprises.

  • I started my Christmas shopping months ago. I have a lot for our toddler and have sorted out my family secret santa. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are later this month, so I’ll use that time for any other gifts I’m after. And my *favourite* beauty sale just happened and I got a lot of extras.

  • I always start looking for little things around June – we do small Christmas stockings for the kids, so I look for small items, especially on sale. Around now I start considering anything personalised (eg my daughter asked for a drink bottle with photos of her and her brother) as they need time to prep them.

  • In addition to my comments below, we have made a welcome change to the kind of gifts we give and receive at Christmas time. Our preference is to receive experiences over possessions. We also prefer to give experiences too which is also a wonderful and welcome gift to give. We do like to buy a variety of stocking stuffers and it is fun to find them for everyone.

  • I haven’t even thought about it this year, although not much to do as we are going on a family holiday rather than giving gifts for my immediate family this year

  • Our Christmas shopping is always pretty low key and no fuss. We shop throughout the year and then complete the shop near Christmas. The key for us is to budget and to stick to the budget and we do not go overboard with presents or food but we do with spending fun time together!

  • I started my Chrismtas shopping in July when Big W had a sale. I try and buy a few things throughout the year although there is a lot i can’t buy until closer to the time. I have started looking at option and things online and have put a list together of everything I love and will then decide what I want to get from there.

  • Eeek! Normally I would have started already and be ordering online and overseas but we’ve just purchased a new buisness and have been flat out with it all! I really need to get mine done though as it’s so stressful trying to park and shop later in the month! Great start!
