I use a lint roller. It takes time but works.

I would probably try a lint roller and see if that works.

I use a cloth that is not wet just a little water and it works!

I have a velvet clothes brush and it works a treat

Have you tried a damp cloth, rough like a face washer? Rub over back of frames til dust comes off

A sticky lint cleaner does it for me, those velvet backings are really a nuisance. I had a rather large photo frame that seemed to attract too much dust so I just covered over it in another material.

I give mine a good vacuum and that seems to work
