Cures for dribble rashes

Hello!

My little boy likes to suck his fingers which seems to be causing a lot of drool and he has developed a bit of a rash around his mouth. Is there any creams that are good to get rid of this sort of thing or any home remedies?

Washing and cleaning more often can help and baths too

Completely dry the are and apply a good coverage of paw paw ointment or Vaseline petroleum gel. That will provide a waterproof covering for a little while and allow the rash to heal
