I had C-sections so was spared from long births. Would have loved to give natural birth though.

Loooooong. 40 hours, baby was quite happy to stay put!

I was actually really quick I surprised myself

My first child was 12 hours but the intense labour was probably 2 hours. However my 4th child only tool 30 minutes and she was born. You never can tell how long it will be.

I have six children-
#1-7hrs
#2-20hrs
#3-8hrs
#4-12hrs
#5-2hrs
#6-2hrs

First was induced and 2 hours 40 mins from first contraction til last push. 2nd is hard cos I was in labour but didn’t really notice til it became intense

My daughter was 10.5 hours! Woke up at 3am to the first contraction, went to the hospital at 6am and was 3-4cms, was checked again at 11am and was 6-7cms, checked again at around 1pm and was 10cms!

Ds1 was 18hrs
Ds2 was 12hrs
And ds3+4(twins) was c sec

first birth! 2 HOURS!! Didn’t even have time for an epidural……Not sure I consider myself lucky or otherwise! lol

My first birth took ages -days- but they would only count the part from active labour I.e 3cm so 8 hours. My second was very fast 5 hours total.

Mine was a long labour stared 11pm Christmas night and lil miss decided to come at 4am on the 27th. By 9pm Boxing Day they had to break my waters. I think with all the Christmas food I ate she ran out of room lol.

Mine was 34 hours of contractions 8 minutes apart or less. I had an epidural after 22 hours and was induced by iv after 26 hours because I was still only 3cm dilated. After 2.5 hours of pushing, I ended up with forceps.

My first was 17.5hrs active labour.

Second was 6hrs 23mins

Third 3hrs 24mins and only two pushes.

I learned to trust my body and it became easier.

For me for my three kids i had short labor of a few hours.. Once i worked out what the pains were.. They bubs was her within three hours.. Qeach time i got to the hospital i was at least 5 to 6 cm dilated..

My first was a long 10 hour labour, and the contractions were 5 mins apart right from the start so they kept telling me it will be a quick one. Then I had a retained placenta and had surgery to remove it. Then 2 weeks at home where i was really sick. I breast feed my baby and she got a rash. I collapsed at my parents and both my baby and i were back in hospital with blood poisioning. I was in hospital for 6weeks. I then had another 10 labor with my 2nd. Then had an emergency c- section as he was large, and I was carrying two placenta’s . As my son was on of an incomplete twin. And i had my tubes tied.

My first born was 13 hour, 2nd 8 hours, 3rd 24 hours, 4th 26 hours from 1st contraction not sure when how long the active part of the labour went for
