Do cravings give hints as to if it's a boy or girl?

Hello!

Hi MoM, I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant and am craving tomatoes! I have been told it could mean I am having a boy but just wondering what other Mums experienced when pregnant and if they had a little girl or a little boy – just a fun one, I know cravings arent always right 🙂 thanks MoM, love your community. I craved strawberries with my first (girl), steak with my second (boy) and nothing in particular with my third (girl)

I craved salt and vinegar chips with my first pregnancy, it was a boy. I can’t remember having any cravings with my second, which was a girl

Well I HATE tomatoes. And I mean HATE! but with my last pregnancy I could not get enoufg of them.

Got a 1 ye old boy! Lol. Dint crave them at all during my daughters pregnancy mainly broccoli.

I craved fruit and soup with my first daughter (and she loves those now) but not really anything in particular for the next one. Maybe pizza.

I don’t think it makes any difference in that regard. I only had cravings with my second bub. I ate lots and lots of corned beef and pickle sandwiches and loved drinking orange juice . my eldest son is mad about corned beef and pickles! lol!!!

I lost my sweet tooth when pregnant.

Can’t comment on the tomatoes but I craved savoury, particularly curries, while pregnant with a girl and sweet while pregnant with my son. Chocolate cake was my fave. In fact, unbaked chocolate cake mix was even better.

With my daughter I craved roast potatoes and whoppers. With my son I craved pickles and eggs. Honestly don’t think cravings can predict the sex.

Ive had two boys and my cravings were all over the shop
With my first I craved sweet things like donuts and then anything with melted cheese
With my second I craved red apples, I ate them by the bag full, then I was craving bacon

I am 20 + 1 and have been craving tomato’s and tomato soup the whole pregnancy. We are going for scan tomorrow, I will come back and let you know if it is a boy or girl.

with my son it was Salt&Vinigar chips with choc bavarian cheese cake, My daughters it was fruit with cheeses
