the two main types i do are
one using the chocolate aldi milk i just pour it straight into decor silicon iceblock containers.
and the other healthier option is i use coconut milk and process it with fruits like mango,lychee,pineapple mint or whatever you have its fun to experiment

Fruit juice or cordials are always popular and easy.

So many different ice block recipes out there these days. Google for some fantastic frozen flavours

I use fresh pureed fruit and natural or vanilla yoghurt. Great alterntive as a treat. I dont add anything extra. My kids love pureed mango and vanilla yoghurt. They say it taste just like a weis bar

I generally use lemon juice, fruit juice, or whatever flavour you want. You can even use cordials. I make my in the freezer clip lock bags and then when you need some you can just break a piece off and leave the rest in the freezer. Also this takes up less room in the freezer and you don’t spill water trying to carry the ice cube tray over to the freezer.

I use smoothie based for healthy ice pops for my kids quite often. Coconut yoghurt with fruits of choice, usually berries and some mango, I even often add some spinach. They often like little chunks of frozen strawberry and mango through them to much on as well.

Otherwise I use almond milk, coconut milk or coconut water in with some blended fruit. You can do so many different combinations.

keep is simple but healthy and it will taste great 🙂

My favourties are banana and mango blended together especially nice at this time of year. You could add pineapple too if you wanted to make it even more tropical. I also like banana blended with cocoa, it tastes like a delicious treat and for the kids it has a chocolate flavour which they often love.

I’ve have some foster kids who aren’t great in eating their daily fruit. At the moment I blend everyday a mixture of fruits to make iceblocks. It often has some water melon, some rock melon, some strawberries, some cherries, a handful blueberries, a small kiwi and a banana and when I have some mango.
Sometimes I do just blended banana with some raw vanilla, some raw chocolate powder and some coconut milk / cream or if you prefer greek yoghurt (you can add some coffee extract or cinnamon as well if you like). Or what is also greatly appreciated here is blended mango with raw vanilla powder and coconut milk / cream or if you prefer greek yoghurt.

Chuck some watermelon in the blender – it doesn’t even need extra water – then pour into ice block moulds.

When I was younger you could get specialty fruit ice blocks wrapped in paper they were about 6inches long. They had creamy vanilla ice cream on the bottom in a thinnish layer then fruit salad. We actually even made our own at times. Mix cream with ice cream and pour into mold and cover with golden circle tropical traditional fruit salad. Yumm
