I took them the entire time I was breastfeeding. I don’t know if they helped but I took them anyway.

Yes i did and only stopped taking them once i stopped breastfeeding bubs.. The way i see it is any goodness that gets passed on until they are fully feed food and not reliant on breast milk does some good..
