I do like to freshen everything up; in the house and in the garden during Spring time. It is a good time to take a good look at the house and garden and to take care of maintenance and areas of concern. It is the best time for us to get on top these jobs before the Summer heat is upon us.

I really do love Spring but not cleaning! I do love to do a well planned and organised Spring clean and I do limit the amount of time spent cleaning. I prefer to enjoy everything that Spring has to offer; warmer weather and trees, plants and nature waking up after Winter. It is such a lovely season to be out and about before the heat of Summer arrives.

I love that it is longer light, the birds singing and the garden blossoming. I have planted different colours of tulips , daffodils, different colours of hyacinths, ranunculi and dutch iris and it all starts to come up and the first flowers appear. It always makes me happy

Ha ha! It’s funny you asked this question because so far today we’ve been moving stuff in and out of our house in a big spring clean! I think it’s just that you’re finally past all the horrible winter weather and ready to clean out all the mess you’ve accumulated during that time. It’s lovely

Yess im with you there!! Something about when this season hits, it just gives me so much energy and motivation to do a big spring clean and get rid of so much clutter around the home! It makes me feel more calm when i see less clutter around the home for sure
