A friend of mine used to take these and she thought they were awesome, I remember her nails were growing like mad!

No. I think if you eat a balanced diet it should be ok. If you’re concerned your deficient in some vitamins you could always check with a naturopath or your GP.

I don’t personally but l know a girl who was taking them to increase her hair volume and she was happy about the progress!
