Hello!

I feel protected when wearing liners just in case I sneeze or cough or leak in general, am I the only one that wears liners?

  • I sure did, especially being heavily pregnant in summer!

  • I didn’t, but nothing wrong with using liners if you feel more confident/comfortable.

  • I did in later pregnancy mainly for excess discharge that goes with pregnancy. Felt fresher :-)

  • It’s normal. =) i did too. muscles down there are weak especially with the pressure. Will go away after you’ve given birth.

  • Yes, and I still do

  • I did throughout my pregnancy and even have some troubles now after having 3 kids. I wouldn’t let it worry you. If it protects you and you need them then definetly wear them.

  • No I didn’t. But I find that I do now after having children. I find I suffer a little leakage now and then

  • well it helps to keep it all fresh anyway hey. i have never heard of the reusable liners either though

  • Reusable cloth ones sound interesting…. Haven’t heard of those before, might google it thanks

  • Yes – you are not alone! Reusable cloth style liners/water proof pads are becoming more readily available online too if you find the disposable type uncomfortable or have skin irritation from constant use.

  • You are definitely not the only one!!! I’m pretty sure we have all been there at some point, either during pregnancy or after. Don’t feel alone!

  • I am glad I am not alone with this thank you!

  • I definitely do it! I try not to do it every day because I don’t like the feel of it against my skin after a while so I’ve been concentrating on doing kegels and I’m going to see a physio too. You’re not alone in this! :)

  • I’ve known many ladies to liners whilst pregnant.

  • I use liners all of the time too! The same issue jodiev1980.

  • I wear liners every single day and I’m not pregnant. My pelvic floor is so weak after kids.

  • You are definitely not alone!
