Does anyone have an easy recipe for a light Christmas cake? I find the fruit cakes a little too heavy.

yes i think that you could check out taste.com as they have sooo many recipes on there. why not experiment?
There is a recipe for an easy Christmas cake in the recipes section. Might be worth trying. I always buy charity Christmas cakes.
