I like to have them cooked up in butter and fresh rosemary. Quick and easy.

I love frying them in a little bit of oil not too much so there not oily and I cook them until they’re crispy and have with eggs

stuffed mushies are our faves, chop up the stalks, zucchini, onion, capsicum and bacon, put into the mushie cap with some worcestershire sauce then some grated cheese on top or maybe some bread crumbs, bake in the oven, make heaps because they are delicious!!

My mother in law made the yummiest mushroom soup. I love mushroom sauce on a steak. I also like stuffed mushrooms. And simply fried with eggs, spinach, toast and baked beans

My favourite is stuffed mushrooms. I also like mushroom gravy and mushroom risotto. Add them to pizzas, make soup, throw in a salad

Chicken and mushroom pie sounds tasty and crusty pies are the best to eat when they have a savoury and hot filling inside.

Chicken and mushroom pie is so good and l love just to eat mushrooms cooked in butter by themselves!
