Such an interesting sounding cake.

I’ve never heard of a zucchini and walnut cake but I might try googling it. I’ve never tried cooking a cake in the microwave either – is this more tricky to accomplish than using a fan forced oven?

Also; the cake mentioned below is cooked in a conventional oven; but maybe you could adjust it for a microwave oven?

I came across a recipe for this kind of cake this morning in the recipes section. It looks good! Maybe give it a go? I am going to make it and taste it!

Good question; would love to know too! I always make zucchini slice and zucchini muffins. Would be good to have a sweet recipe too.
