I’ve used the cough & cold combination as well as the teething one, for my little ones when they were babies as it was safe and did not have any side effects. Hope that helps. Which one were you considering?

Yes, I have been using them for years. you need to take them often for acute symptoms and then adjust when you feel better. No need to see naturopath they are really easy and safe to use. You can get a book from Martin & Pleasance or look on their website.

No, I don’t have experience with it. Do you plan to buy an Individual Tissue Salt or a Combination Tissue Salt. Maybe seek the advice of a Naturopath to determine which minerals you lack ?
