No – but your local library would have some good recipe books to help you out. Maybe check out what is on offer at the library.

Great question. People really dont understand us!!

We do a hot lunch with roast etc. I do stuffing, by switching out breadcrumbs with ground up rice cakes; onion with the green part of spring onion; and add extra fresh herbs.

To be honest most people don’t know or understand what FODMAPs are. a easy rule of thumb would be gluten free food as food containing gluten tends to be high in FODMAPs. otherwise try googleing it and doing some research of your own.
