Does anyone have recipes for a Bellini?

Hello!

I have just bought a Bellini and would love to hear your favourite recipes. I have tried Quirky Cooking’s Chicken and Cashew’s with Satay sauce and coconut rice which is my favourite so far. I also love the Thermomix spicy pumpkin soup. I’d love it if you could share your favourite recipe.

Brunch bellini
Add “Brunch bellini” to FavouritesAdd to Favourites
Sip a little morning sparkle this weekend with a gorgeous bellini cocktail.
Ingredients
2 pink grapefruit segments
25ml/1fl oz citrus vodka
25ml/1fl oz peach schnapps
100ml3½fl oz prosecco
slice fresh peach, for garnish
Preparation method
Mash (muddle) the grapefruit segments in a cocktail shaker.
Pour in the citrus vodka and peach schnapps. Add a handful of ice and shake hard.
Strain into a champagne flute and top up with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with a piece of fresh peach.

I love the strawberry sorbet.
A punnet of strawberries, a lemon, 1/2 a cup of sugar, an egg white and two big breaky bowls of ice. Put the sugar in and blitz until icing sugar, add strawberries, lemon, egg white and half the ice blitz until smooth, add remaining ice and blitz till smooth. Enjoy!

I have a Bellini as well have had it for nearly 2 years now.
If you have Facebook there is a page “Bellini Addicts” it’s fantastic such a great group of people has hundreds of recipes on there you should check it out.

A quick favourite recipe that is very popular is the yoghurt pizza dough.

375grams Greek yoghurt
440grams self raising flour.

That will make either 4 large pizzas or 7 thin pizzas it just depends on how thick or thinly you roll the dough out.
It can also be used from scrolls and garlic pizza breads.
