Honestly I feel this is definitely a course that needs to be done on campus. Maybe you could ask your local Tafe if they could do an after hours class if they get enough interest

You may need to do an online search to find a training centre in your local area. Sometimes smaller training centres are cheaper to attend than TAFE. Good luck

Have you looked at adult education classes? I’m not in your state, but these are often more flexible time wise.

You can always check the TAFE website as I know they do a lot of night classes.
You can also do online ones now as well.
