I don’t, but I believe you need the right sort of climate – cool and dry. I don’t think it would be easy to make in warm, humid climates unless you had a cellar.

My son does and it’s absolutely delicious. I like how he uses all natural products, no preservatives of additives. Minimal salt and sugar too
