It’s great for meal preparation. For example make your own marinated chicken for alot cheaper. By vaccum sealing it, it locks in the flavour, just as well as store bought marinated/flavoured chicken.

I can imagine it’s good for camping, but camping isn’t something what we do. I do groceries twice a week, food doesn’t get the chance to go off here.

No but saw it advertised recently and yes it would save money as you are keeping the food fresh for a longer period!

heard they are good for camping trips, for a limited time some foods can be preserved more easily if you don’t have a fridge etc. But for day to day use probably not worth it.

Are vacuum sealers expensive items?
