Does teething make it difficult for bub to drink milk from bottle?

My bub’s behaving weirdly these days, very cheesy about taking milk from his bottle. Should I try changing teats or is it just a phase?

he might just want to bite things because he is sore and he won’t want you to touch them.

He might just want to rub his gums on the teats to help with the teething/soothing, it might be sore and this is the only way he knows how
