There was a lot of hoopla about this in the US after Dr Oz recommended it, much like other miracle dietary products. There are also many related miracle weight-loss stories online sponsored by the manufacturers usually. I don’t think there are any weight loss miracles out there, it’s a matter of eating as many fresh and homemade foods when you’re hungry and doing enough exercise to get rid of excess calories. Not sure I’ve heard pros and cons about it.

My friend tried it with great success. It takes commitment and a bit of money for the tabs, but she’s had excellent results
