Hello!

I have been desperate to lose weight after having 2 kids, and I’m hearing a lot of success stories with the Garcinia Cambogia weight loss program. Has anyone tried it? Does it really work? Does the garcinia cambogia diet work?

  • I lost weight by a calories book from the newsagent a okay put your self on 1500 cals a day walk 30 mins a. Nice quick walk. This is a extra walk to what you would normally do… Okay the ideas is this you can eat what you want till you hit 1500 that’s it for the day. It’s not a lot but here how I did it .. Half a cup of breakfast cereal with half a cup low fat milk a piece of fruit ….lunch a cuppa soup or yogurt. Fruit dinner salmon and salad lots of salad. Fish is good tuna in spring water… Put your meal on a bread and butter plate if a little hungry you know you are doing the right thing…. Water is the key I put chunks of orange in it as I do not like plain water…..

  • I have never tried it, but will check it out now that you have mentioned it..

  • Sounds gimmicky? And it also sounds like anyone using it also watches everything else they eat and increase the amount of exercise they do which is probably the greater help?

  • Thanks for asking this question. I’m always interested in finding out new information about health trends that I haven’t heard of.

  • I’ve been on the weight loss roundabout for years and have learned unless you plan to change your eating and exercise habits, nothing will work in the long run. There is no quick fix sadly.

  • I have not heard of this, so am quite interested to read some of the answers put up here.

  • I haven’t heard of this diet before, but I have always stuck by the balanced diet when keeping weight off. A balance of healthy eating and exercise always works.

  • Never heard of that diet before, I think if you exercise regularly and eat healthy and in moderation you will eventually loose weight.

  • I think just a healthy diet and daily exercise is the best thing.

  • I use the supplement in conjunction with a 1200 calorie diet and exercise. I think it is mainly the exercise and diet that does the work though.

  • This gets posted all over my Facebook page but I find it hard to believe some of the before and after pictures don’t seem real.

  • Haven’t heard of it, but I really think it all comes down to healthy diet and exercise. I know its not easy, most of us struggle, but I find friends who try different diets usually put more weight on when they stop than the lost. Sorry to sound discouraging, I just mean that the basics are usually the best.

  • I can’t give you advice on this specific product but I would suggest a good exercise program (I go to a gym with a crèche for the kids), a good eating plan and possibly a supplement to support these. If you have a local nutrition or supplement shop go and have a chat to them.

  • Would be interested to know what are the results as I have never heard of it before

  • Would like to try!

  • ive also heard alot about this. im not sure it would work, it sounds too good to be true. and would the weight keep off or come back? i think fresh fruit and veges in your diet, and some exercise is all you need.

  • I believe that product has been endorsed by Dr Oz, although I haven’t tried it, I have tried another supplement that did have it as an ingredient along with reducing my carbs/sugar, regular walking and regular wrapping. I became a distributor for my company as I was very happy with my results. The before shot is me just as I stopped breast feeding my son and the after shot is only 7 weeks later. Wrapping took cms off my waist and reduced the appearance of cellulite quicker than without it from my first son. Call me on 0401 210532 for any questions, Melissa Sydney Body Wraps

  • A friend of mine uses a supplement like this. She is losing weight, although she’s also watching what she eats and exercising. So who knows which bit is having the effect, but if it gives you a bit more confidence to keep up with your diet and exercise, it can’t be a bad thing.

  • doesn’t look like any of us have tried it!

  • Sounds like it could just be another fad! Healthy eating and exercise are your best bets… Why not have a chat to your GP to see what the best course of action might be or you
