I say yes especially when you go to public places and catching public transport . That is why they have them everywhere at hospitals and counters at the shops so people are being extra vigilant now , perhaps due to new viruses etc ..
Yes it does it is the best way to kill and get rid of bacteria. Antibacterial wash and gel are actually bad. Plain soap and water are much better for you

I kind of see this as a strange question.. Like, its pretty obvious.. Imagine the amount of germs your hands would come into contact with all day every day, and if you didn’t wash them.. yuck!
