  • These are the largest teeth in the mouth and can cause the most discomfort when they erupt. Mind you, the molar drills itself kind of through the jaw and then through the skin. Logic that that is painful


  • I would have to say it’s the shape of the teeth, and the position of them, when they cut the front top and bottom teeth once the edge is through they are fine but the canines have a sharp point then get wider. Just a thought


  • I actually think the back molars are the worst. But everyone is different


  • Could possibly be due to their size or location of nerve clusters, I think all kids are different though, I don’t think mine had too much trouble with theirs.


  • I think it is unique to the child, my son was fine withbthe canines and molars.
