Shu uemura. My sister is a professional make up artist (Overseas does famous models and big fashion) and swears by this brand. I love it too.

I know in priceline they have a wide range of eyelash curlers im sure they would be able to recommend the best one that they do.

I have only ever used Avon & Mirenesse heated curler so I am not going to be much help I think.
I dont think the heater curler works any better than a normal one though.
