There’s so much to do that I’m sure you’ll have a fantastic time. Definitely check out Universal Studios for some thrilling rides and fun attractions, plus the Singapore Zoo is amazing for kids with its open-concept enclosures. Don’t forget to visit Gardens by the Bay—your child will love the Supertree Grove and the cloud forest! And of course, exploring Sentosa Island is a must, with its beaches and adventure parks. Make sure to try some local food at hawker centres; it’s a great way to experience the culture. Pack plenty of sunscreen and stay hydrated, and you’re sure to create wonderful memories together!

I haven’t been for years but I remember Sentosa was good for kids

I really enjoyed Sentosa Island when I went years ago.

I loved the water park on Sentosa Island and you have Universal Studios there too, both would be great for a family. My favourite place in Singapore is the zoo. It’s the biggest one I’ve seen so far and I’ve been to a few different countries.

It was too long ago that I went there for me to be of any help. It is a beautiful place though.

As an ex travel agent, use them for information but don’t book. The commission is very high on your booking, some push their luck and make it terribly high. If you’re confident you can easily book directly.

There might also be some good deals by going through a travel agent. We always book everything in before we travel; takes away any worry and a schedule makes the most of time.

Sentosa island is amazing. The water park was excellent, splurge for the cable car over and back. The zoo is huge and beautiful. There is also a great science centre in Singapore, you can get there via their efficient train line. We went twice, and that was prior to having kids, it was that interesting. The botanic gardens have adorable cats that live and roam the grounds, and gardens by the bay is magic at night. I could rave forever at how much of a fun destination it is.

The travel was quite a while back and the best source of information was the travel agent. We booked in to places prior to the trip.
