How much does your 14 month old eat a day?
I’m worried I’m not giving my son enough to eat as he points for more food even after he’s finished his meal and a snack.
3 meals a day, 3 snacks and 2 bottles/boob feeds. He eats the same size portion as his 4 year old sister and still wants more.
He’s not over weight, sitting in the 50% last nurse check up. Is this a phase?
