Sure can happen that quick, especially if it’s going round the school or daycare he attends. I’ve known families where it goes round and round for a few weeks. One kid gets it, then mum, another kid, then dad. First kid starts feeling better, next kid gets it then bam, the first infected has it again. And so it goes. Just keep an eye on his fluid levels

It can happen when it’s going around but keep a close eye on him and maybe get a GP review. Hope he feels better soon.
