I heard a new one the other day that said if you eat a tablespoon of peanut butter a day it will clear up.

i found my skin clears up when i eat lots of coconut oil and use no face wash only an enjo daily face off cloth (they are tiny little pad looking things) i also want to try the oil cleansing method for winter to hydrate my skin a little more, and for scarring vitamin e oil is supposed to be good but i use organic rose hip oil or coconut oil.
