I think whatever age they can sit still through a movie and are entertained by it. Every child is different. They might not remember it before age 3 though.

My daughter was 3 and she was great until the last 30 minutes but we bribed her with popcorn.

Any age is appropriate hun, I took my son with me when he was 6 months old to a mums and bubs session.
It’s really personal preference, there are children friendly sessions I believe they’re called vmax junior?
Have a look online at yours or village cinemas they both do children’s sessions 🙂
