Forum Has anyone had a tubal ligation reversal procedure done in Queensland?

9 years ago I had a tubal ligation after having 3 beautiful babies however my husband of 11 years and I are now divorced. I now have a new partner & we have been going strong for 3 years now and would love to have a baby together. Here is the twist… I’ve fallen pregnant twice while with my new partner but they both ended in miscarriages. My Dr thinks one tube may have re joined however for us to have a successful pregnancy we will need a tubal ligation reversal. Is there anyone that has had the procedure done in Queensland?

  • I am unsure of the procedure as my understanding of ligation is that you no longer have a fallopian tube, and double ligation is both tubes removed. I have both tunes removed and was told ivf was the only way forward if I wanted to fall pregnant.

  • Nobody has written anything back. I to am wondering who has had a tubal reversal in Queensland?
