If you’re planning to travel during peak times like school holidays, book early as it can get pricey and fill up fast. Overall, we loved it and would do it again! It feels like an adventure from the moment you board.

My son, his partner and child have done it a couple of times. They’ve had no issues. Bit rocky one time, but that’s it

yes a couple of times, we have family there and we live on the “mainland” – we take our car when we go and we normally take an overnight trip rather than the day trip as we have kids. our girls love the bunk beds and finding our room. They love to watch the ship leaving the dock and when we arrive. Its a little frustrating having to wait in the line to get your car on and off but its a different experience than flying plus it’s great if you want to camp and take all your gear.

Yes a family member has and it nothing like the commericals on telly,they do not recommend it!

My son has done it a couple of times. He likes to bring his own vehicle so he comes by boat. I think it’s expensive, but if you look at airfares plus hire cars, bringing your vehicle on the boat is comparable. It’s cheaper at certain times of the year too and they sometimes have sales on.
