I’ve never bought beetroot tea, but when I boil beetroot I always keep some of the liquid and use it in my tea, in smoothies and to colour ice cream, also used it in a strawberry cheese cake to make it deeper in colour.

I haven’t heard of it either. It would have a lot of health benefits though.
