I started seeing an osteopath not long before covid hit. She was helping me work on flexibility and I did find it helpful until all the lockdowns and I still haven’t gone back.

I have a book on reflexology and occasionally use it on myself or my husband. Will check out the weight loss idea and where one massages for that as it could come in handy if I can find it. Thanks for the tip and I hope it works for you.

I’ve had reflexology in the past and found it to be very beneficial. Not sure how it goes for weight loss, but it helped with my digestive issues so thinking it would help you?? I found it really interesting how much the practitioner knew about me, but by working on my feet.

Tried it and it was awesome. Was getting bad back.pain and it actually helped also was tender around the section of the foit related to kidneys turns out bad a bladder infection…..so that helped diagnose it.

I don’t know if it would help with weight loss but reflexology is a great massage.

I haven’t tried it for weight loss but have had it for other health conditions and found it helpful. It was also very relaxing and relieving during pregnancy. It’s also amazing what a good reflexologist can pick up about your health just by massaging your feet and seeing which parts are sore or swollen. The trick is finding a good one. And you do have to have it regularly to see the benefits. Good luck.

I have had it done to treat my headaches. May have helped a little but not enough to recommend to others. I would suggest hypnotherapy over this for weight loss

I did go and get this for another health problem and it hurts and it never helped me so I do not have faith in it.
