totally fun, little bit painful and few bruises but very memorable

No I never did it. Would love to do it with my kids one day 😉

we did it for a friends 40th and I loved it. I had loads of bruises but if you are the type who is fit and loves adventure, then you will love it

It does sound like a lot of fun. I’d like to try it some day.

Never done it – everyone that I know that has done it has ended up with painful bruises and spent a lot more money than they intended too to purchase extra paint ammunition

Good tip about the asthma – always take ventolin with you.

Paint balling is the best! I loved it! the only thing I woud say is ber careful if you are an asthmatic, I couldn’t breathe int he gear I was wearing and went to take my goggles off and I got sat out for a couple of games because I took my goggles off (fair enough, safety is paramount). It was lots of fun! the paint balls hurt.

Clearly wear padded clothing for paint balling. 😉

Fun yes. Painful yes if you get shot. It does test your fitness though.
