i heard of one for strawberry and chilli jam but I can’t find it now… sure that you could google it if you really wanted that combo

There are a couple of great jam recipes and fruit recipes in the recipe section

I have seen quite a few in the mags and on cooking shows lately. It seems that ‘jam sugar’ is awesome as it has pectin in it making the whole process so much easier 🙂

We used to make a lemon and strawberry jam, I will try and dig out the recipe. I usually just freeze any excess for smoothies!

There is a micrawave blueberry jam recipe here in MOMS. Maybe you could substitute with strawberries?
