  • We do lots of different types of salads with protein like chicken ham fish etc


  • Seafood is very healthy and great for such hot weather.


  • I made simple shortbread biscuits and fruit salad this year. Not sure if that is healthy enough for you . This year we saw a lot of salads and my sister in law made stuffed capsicans with mince this year . Also there a lots of recipes I am sure you will find in Google as well .


  • Ham and salads for lunch, fruit punch and fruit options for dessert especially if it is going to be hot.


  • well i will be be making a salad and roast and grill some veggies.


  • Fresh salad steaight from the garden 🙂 fresh home grown gegies the best. We have the lettuce, the tomatoes, the cucumber, the potatoes, the gerkins and the list goes on


  • You could do a lentil salad or three bean salad.
    These are good healthy options I usually make.


  • A tradition Christmas lunch is what we are having this year.


  • For appetizers I had a Canape’ trio:
    1. Bocconcini mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil
    2. Melon, prosciutto crudo, mint
    3. Brie, dill, raw salmon


  • Are you already thinking about Christmas? 🙂 I haven’t’ thought about it yet. But last year, for a change, I made a very nice nut roast with brown rice, mushrooms and walnuts. It broke a bit, but it was quite nice. On top pistachios and raspberry glaze.
