It may help to prepare a bento style lunchbox for yourself with nuts, fruit, boiled egg, salads (prepare them in containers in the fridge), raw chocolate/date/nut balls, smoked corn, roasted flava beans / roasted chickpeas, strips of cheese, seeded bread or rolls with cheese lettuce and tomato etc

We have recently purchased the K Mart pie maker (4) pies and I have found I can make healthy quiches and Pies from leftovers and these not only stop you wasting food you can have a small pie and quench the hunger blues.
I make a batch of chocolate bliss balls with almonds, dates, cocoa, coconut oil, almond meal and peanut butter. It’s a perfect snack for when your in a rush or when you have a sweet craving – perfect with a cup of tea too
There’s lots of healthy slice recipes out there that taste great and hit that sweet spot. For example, I make a chocolate slice using weet bix. Or bliss balls are also great and can be made with lots of different ingredients and flavours.
Try to make homemade healthy meusli bars they’re always fun to eat and super rewarding and instead of tea have green tea or hot water these things can be nice to have occasioanlly

I buy large yoghurt containers and divvy it up into smaller, snack size containers.
You could make some protein balls with dates etc.
Try making your own ‘healthy’bickies with banana, oats & a little peanut butter – check pinterest out for easy, quick snack recipes.
Always have an apple/fruit sitting in easier reach than the unhealthy things, it makes it harder to get to.
Haha. I love nuts, but I have to stop, too many & I’ll be on the toilet. Honestly I get sugary snacks out of the house & keep stocked on seasonal fruit. I also love corn thins with peanut butter. It’s like salty nutty popcorn without the kernels getting stuck in your teeth.
