Hello!

My little man moves so much and I accidentally cut him while trimming his nails. Is there a easier option

  • why not try to file them its might just work!

  • i find it hard to cut my sons nails too what i try to do it cut them while hes asleep. .but it just takes time and patience maybe hell come around after trying or not..

  • Either just peel them off or bite them off. I find it much easier and safer and gives a soft edge no sharp corners

  • It is hard to cut nails when they are moving actively . Yes, best to wait when they are sleeping away

  • wait until he is sleeping. or really distracted by a book or toy etc.

  • Is he a heavy sleeper?? If so wait until he is sound asleep and if he isn’t a baby who move around perhaps you can try then.
I know a family with 2 children who are now school age and toddler. One hates having fingernails trimmed and the other one toenails. They leder one used top move about a lot – not so much now – but the younger one is terrible.

  • I cut my babies nails when they are sleeping, they don’t move as much and also if they have had a bath before bed the nails are softer than normal and a lot easier to cut.
