  • We always used baby oil. Applied it liberally and then rubbed it off with a soft towel.

  • We used to rub baby oil onto our son’s scalp every morning (we placed a towel behind his head so any cradle cap flakes would be collected by the towel). Then that evening we would shampoo his hair. Cradle cap was all sorted in 3 weeks. We were advised not to pick the cradle cap as this can lead to some of bub’s hair being pulled out as well.

  • the nurse said that you could just gently pick some of it off as well

  • Have you tried rubbing coconut or olive oil on bubs heads

  • Olive oil works a treat, we used a fine comb after leaving the olive oil on for about 10 mins. Worked for my 3 daughters.

  • My daughter had a mild case od cradle cap and i didn’t know. Another mum suggested washing her hair every second day and then rubbing in a few drops of baby oil after towel drying her hair. Did that and it was gone in less than a week. My daughter is turning 2 and i stopped a while ago but it never came back. Good luck
