How can I help my 10 month old to sleep more than 2 hour blocks?

I’ve been through this and my best advice is zero stimulation when she wakes up, make it as boring as possible because this will teach her that in between her sleep cycles there’s nothing much going on and she will drift off into the next sleep. So no phone light, no talking, just white noise and settling.

I’m lucky if my 1 year old goes that long. They learn eventually though
