Forum How can I stop a one year old from whiping his head back?

My g/son aged 1 throws his head back like whiplash.I said to wife this is not good.how do we stop him doing it

  • Mine does this too, they won’t stop?!

  • Alas, it’s not at all uncommon for little ones to do this. The advice I got from a maternal health nurse when my boy was little was to just pop a pillow behind him so that he doesn’t hurt himself. In time the behaviour will pass. Don’t stress 🙂
