Do napisan again sometimes it just takes a few goes if it’s lightening it its working.

Try using an antibacterial hand wash on the stain – I’ve heard this works, although I’ve never tried it myself.

My suggestion was going to be napisan. Have you tried to mix the napisan as a paste and rubbing it in to the stain? Let it sit for 5 or so minutes and then was. It may take a few attempts to get it out
