How do you get rid of blebs while breast feeding?

Hello!

A bleb is milk that gets stuck in the duct, its also called a milk pimple.

I have poked it with a needle and tried squeezing it out like a pimple but it doesn’t budge.

Does any one have any tips?

I breastfed 3 kids and never experienced this so unfortunately I’m unable to offer any advice.
