  • Eat healthy
    Be active
    Drink enough
    get enough sleep
    Don’t over use alcohol/stay sober
    Keep work, leisure, family and social contact balanced
    with other words look to all aspects of your being (physical, mental, social)

    According to the WHO health = Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.


  • I try to eat healthy, home cooked meals and do some mild exercise each day.


  • I set goals and then steps to achieve my health goals. Being healthy is a daily task and just has to be done. I exercise and eat well and this year I am going to step up and get healthier for stamina and well being.


  • have to set goals to work towards.


  • I have my Garmin Vivofit and I aim to walk at least 10,000 steps every day. Having a dog surely helps going out and finding the motivation to walk, rain or shine! :-)
