According to the WHO health = Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
I set goals and then steps to achieve my health goals. Being healthy is a daily task and just has to be done. I exercise and eat well and this year I am going to step up and get healthier for stamina and well being.
I have my Garmin Vivofit and I aim to walk at least 10,000 steps every day. Having a dog surely helps going out and finding the motivation to walk, rain or shine!
