I would think slowly and on low would work.

I was spoiled with my previous microwave – I had a choice of two buttons reheat from froze, or reheat from refrigerator. This LG shows you how to defrost meat, chops, fish, and slices of bread.
So far I have tried 1. the cooking frozen vegetables setting -too cold. 2. Defrost seafood – too cold and not fully defrosted. 3. Power and time setting – still coming to grips with that.
Did anyone get a cookbook along with this minimal manual?

There was definetly an instruction manual with mine. The different functions and how Toni’s all listed and definetly a defrost function. I would recommend going back to place of purchase or ringing LG to send you a copy.

I am surprised to read it doesn’t come with an instruction booklet. I’m sure you could google it. Or just heat, stir and repeat till it’s the required temperature

That sounds a problem… is there a defrost function? Otherwise just cover and nuke until it thaws might fix it.
