I’ve watched people making them on Youtube and it looks fairly easy.

You can buy candle making kits, cheaper then buying a scented candle, but still a cost. But once you get the gist of how to do it from the kit, you could probably start playing around to make your own

Charity shops also have cheap scented candles as people donate them as unwanted presents.

I always buy them on special, but you could purchase a diy kit.

At my local melts and candles shop, they sell candle making kits from $6 and up it comes with instructions, also have scents you can buy if you have your own kit. Look on eBay for candle making kits also YouTube is a great help and has instructions on how and what to do with candle making.

You could always try youtube that’s what I always use when I want to know how to make anything.
