  • Years ago my doctor recommended I elevate my feet but prop a pillow or cushion under my knees. I’m not sure if times have advanced and if there’s any products to help with this. Hope you find relief.

  • Elevate your feet as much as possible, watch your salt intake and drink lots of water. I think it’s inevitable in summer though!

  • I would say elevate your feet to reduce swelling.

  • First of all, get this checked by a doctor – it can be a sign of pre-eclampsia. If it’s benign, elevating your feet, or a cool foot soak can help. Try one from the Body Shop.

  • Elevation is the only thing I can think of.

  • Elevate them above the heart level of you have time… which most of us don’t anyways.

  • I use to get really bad swelling and painful shooting down my legs while I was pregnant, the only thing that helped was compression socks ???? They are a life saver for me .

  • The only thing that i found worked for me was to sleep with a pillow under my ankles so that my legs were elevated, also in the winter months whilst pregnant, i like to wear a slight compression stocking witch helps with blood flow and swelling. At the end of the day if my feet were huge i would apply a cold pack around both ankles.

  • I would soak my feet in luke warm water
