What works for one won’t necessarily work for another. I would just keep soldiering on, they’ll grow out if it eventually

I will give my baby her dummy and sing to her or blow raspberries/play games as ot distracts her from her tantrum

try to give them something that they won’t drop on their head and hurt themselves with.

Food I find helps eating something and being distracted while eating and holding the item in their hand tends to make it easier for us to change nappies. Another option might be to have a warm washer rather than cold wipes, might just be cold touching skin feeling uncomfortable so warm washer might help.

Maybe put a mobile up above the change table that plays music?
