How effective is incremin or other supplements?

Have you taken him to see a Dr? To he, I don’t think a supplement would make much difference to his symptoms

Our daughter also got high fever 39-40 in last 24 hours.
We used Incremin last two days for first time. I have no clue does Incremin give effect?
